About the Role We are looking for a SOC Operations Lead to join our team. This role focuses on driving security service delivery, customer engagement, and strategic growth across global cybersecurity operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end SOC service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement • Manage global customer relationships, service reviews, and escalations • Drive cybersecurity programs and cross-functional initiatives • Lead, mentor, and develop service delivery teams • Collaborate with threat detection, security analytics, and incident response teams • Develop strategies to improve service efficiency, scalability, and business growth Requirements • Minimum 5 years of recent experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or technology consulting • Proven experience leading SOC or cybersecurity service teams • Strong understanding of security operations, threat detection, and incident response • Experience managing cybersecurity transformation and service delivery programs • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
