About the Role TechAdvance Global Solutions is seeking talented Software Developers to join engineering projects in Belgium, focusing on railway technology, simulation, and automation. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement software solutions using C++ and/or C# • Develop applications with Python • Utilize Git, GitLab, and version control systems • Apply knowledge of software architecture and design principles • Conduct unit testing and integration testing • Work with software and hardware integration Requirements • Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field • 3–15 years of software development experience • Strong programming skills in C++ and/or C# • Hands-on experience with Python development • Familiarity with Git, GitLab, and version control • Knowledge of software architecture and design • Experience in unit testing and integration testing • Understanding of software and hardware integration • Fluent in English (French is an advantage) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
