About the Role We are looking for an experienced Software Developer with strong COBOL/Mainframe development skills and a solid background in banking and credit card processing. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain Mainframe applications • Review functional specifications and technical design documents • Perform coding, debugging, and unit testing • Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions • Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain technical documentation Requirements • 5+ years of recent hands-on Mainframe Development experience • Strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2 • 1–2+ years of recent banking industry experience • 3–5+ years of credit card processing and application development/support experience • Strong understanding of SDLC, coding, debugging, testing, and production support • Relevant experience must fall within the last 5–10 years, with Mainframe development experience within the last 10 years
