About the Role We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team in the Utilities industry. This role requires strong hands-on experience with database development and ETL processes. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain SQL Server databases and ETL processes • Create test plans, test cases, and UAT scripts • Implement data flow, data mapping, and system integration • Troubleshoot database issues and resolve defects • Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and incident management Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS, and Python • Mandatory Utilities industry experience • Experience with ETL, data flow, data mapping, and file-based/real-time system integration • Strong SQL, database development, and troubleshooting skills • Experience with Regression, SIT, SAT, and UAT testing • Ability to create test plans, test cases, and UAT scripts • Experience with Agile/Scrum, incident management, defect resolution, and root cause analysis • Hands-on experience with Power BI reports and Azure DevOps preferred • Strong documentation skills, including BRDs, business requirements, and workflow documentation • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS • Local candidates with Utilities experience only • Valid LinkedIn profile with clear project details is mandatory • Must be available for 3 days onsite in Manhattan, NY • Onsite final interview is mandatory
