About the Role We are looking for an experienced Software Developer for a 6-month contract opportunity with GuideWell. This role requires remote work with an on-site meeting/interview once selected. Key Responsibilities • Develop software solutions using technologies like Snowflake, Spark, Scala, and various programming languages • Implement version control using Git and other tools • Apply strong programming experience with Java, Python, C++, .NET, JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, or similar languages • Utilize SQL/database knowledge for data management • Follow unit testing, coding standards, documentation, release procedures, and change management • Apply strong understanding of SDLC Requirements • 5+ years of experience in software development • Experience with Snowflake, Spark, Scala • Proficiency with Git and other version-control tools • Strong programming experience with languages such as Java, Python, C++, .NET, JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, or similar • SQL/database knowledge • Experience with unit testing, coding standards, documentation, release procedures, and change management • Strong understanding of SDLC Note: Candidates from CA, MN, IL, WA, and HI cannot be considered.
