About the Role We are looking for a Software Developer to join the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. This role focuses on developing and maintaining CRM systems using Dynamics 365 and Azure technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, and Azure • Develop custom Web APIs and work with ASP.NET, .Net Core, and Entity Framework • Utilize DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for development • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions Requirements • Experience with Agile methodologies • Expertise in Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, and Azure solution design • Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration, and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform • Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace, Agent experience profile, Session templates, workstream, and routing • Experience with custom Web API development, ASP.NET, .Net Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines • Technical Core: Dataverse design/dev, Azure technologies, .NET, C#, JavaScript, and DevOps (pipelines & task boards) • Cloud & Dynamics: Expertise across SaaS, PaaS, IaaS; extensive dev in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps (Model-Driven, Canvas, Power Pages), Custom PCF controls, and Liquid templating • Agile & Dev: Hands-on Agile/Kanban workflow with proficiency in low-code & custom Dynamics 365 dev • Communication: Ability to write clear technical documentation (reports, reviews) and present solutions effectively to stakeholders
