About the Role Integrated BI Solutions Inc. (IBIS) is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to lead the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and modernize software engineering practices supporting a federal program. Key Responsibilities • Lead the adoption of AI-assisted development tools • Modernize software engineering practices • Provide technical training and engineering enablement • Configure, license, and support AI tool infrastructure • Ensure AI/ML platform governance and compliance Requirements • 7+ years of software engineering experience across the full SDLC • Daily hands-on experience with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Amazon Q Developer, or Gemini Code Assist • Experience with AI-assisted coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation • Developer mentoring and technical training capabilities • Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, governance, and compliance • Strong technical documentation and communication skills Benefits • Permanent employment with a federal contractor • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies • Potential for professional growth and development
