About the Role We are seeking a Software Engineer to support the migration of an existing chatbot from Google Dialogflow to Google Conversational Agents (GECX). Key Responsibilities • Support migration of an existing chatbot from Google Dialogflow to Google Conversational Agents (GECX) • Develop, configure, and implement chatbot functionality within the target platform • Assist with software modernization and platform upgrade activities • Participate in technical discussions, solution design reviews, and implementation planning • Troubleshoot and resolve chatbot functionality issues during migration and testing • Support deployment, testing, and production readiness efforts.
