About the Role We are seeking a Software Engineer with SRE expertise to join our team. This role involves managing and operating workloads across various deployment environments. Key Responsibilities • Manage and operate workloads deployed on Kubernetes, on-premise, and PCF • Implement containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes orchestration • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks • Monitor and optimize distributed systems for performance and scalability • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues Requirements • 11+ years of experience in SRE, Release Engineering, or Platform Engineering • Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools • Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, Groovy) • Solid knowledge of monitoring, observability, and performance testing • Strong programming experience, preferably with Java/Spring Boot • Understanding of SDLC, Git-based workflows, and peer review practices • Familiarity with security principles and secure system deployment • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, and GitOps practices Personal Attributes • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
