About the Role We are looking for an experienced Software Validation Engineer with strong expertise in Automotive Embedded Systems, HIL Validation, ECU Testing, and ASPICE compliance. Key Responsibilities • Lead automotive software validation activities independently. • Develop and execute HIL test cases for automotive systems. • Validate ECU functionality, performance, and reliability. • Perform test automation using CAPL and Vector toolchains. • Support BMS ECU, steering, and braking system validation. • Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting. • Ensure ASPICE compliance and requirements traceability. • Collaborate with system engineering and development teams. Requirements • 8–10 Years of experience in Automotive Embedded Systems • Strong expertise in HIL Validation and ECU Testing • Knowledge of ASPICE compliance • Experience with CAN, LIN, UDS, XCP protocols • Proficiency with Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape) • CAPL Scripting and Test Automation skills • Experience with dSPACE HIL and Vector VT System • Familiarity with AUTOSAR and ECU Virtualization • Experience with JAMA, DOORS, JIRA, and Git • Automotive Test Case Development and Debugging skills • Embedded Software/Firmware Development experience
