About the Role We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI expertise to drive innovative solutions for a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) transformation program. Key Responsibilities • Define enterprise AI/ML and Agentic AI architecture • Design and deliver Agentic AI Proofs of Concept (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) • Establish LLM orchestration, API integration, data-access, security, and deployment patterns • Evaluate AI models and define measurable success criteria • Lead rapid solution development in collaboration with offshore AI/ML engineering teams • Ensure production readiness, observability, governance, and responsible AI practices • Present working solutions and demonstrate business value to stakeholders Requirements • Enterprise Solution Architecture • Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning • AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel • API integration and enterprise data architecture • Cloud AI platforms, MLOps/LLMOps, security, and governance • POC/MVP delivery and stakeholder management Preferred Experience • Healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory operations, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or medical billing • A hands-on architect who can translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and accelerate delivery from concept to MVP
