We’re seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust, secure, and scalable Maximo solutions that will shape the future of enterprise asset management at the organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders, influence technology strategy, and deliver impactful solutions on large-scale projects. Required Skills: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in solutions architecture, technical design, and system engineering, with a focus on enterprise asset management (EAM). Extensive hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management, including asset lifecycle, inventory, contracts, work management, preventive maintenance, and security. Proven ability to design complex integration approaches ensuring secure and resilient interoperability across diverse systems. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and standards. Expertise in developing technical plans, architecture diagrams, and functional prototypes to communicate solutions effectively. Excellent collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Mandatory IBM Certifications: IBM Certified Maximo Solution Architect and IBM Certified Maximo Advanced Deployment Professional – Asset Management. Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with public sector EAM methodologies and frameworks. Experience with Agile project management processes. Additional certifications such as Zachman or TOGAF/Enterprise Architecture certifications. Preferred Education and Experience: Relevant post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. At least 8 years of related experience, including large-scale solution design and implementation within enterprise environments. Availability to work both remotely and at the organization's premises as required. Willingness to travel between various regional locations if necessary.
