About the Role We are looking for an experienced Architect with strong expertise in Google Cloud, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade AI-powered applications, leveraging Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI) and Vertex AI. Key Responsibilities • Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI, LLM, and NLP solutions • Design and integrate Google CCAI solutions, including Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, and CCAI Insights • Build scalable AI-powered frontend applications using React and TypeScript • Develop production-ready microservices, data pipelines, and workflows using Python • Integrate REST/gRPC APIs and implement secure enterprise data flows • Design scalable, event-driven architectures and distributed systems • Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices • Mentor development teams and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders • Drive prompt engineering, model tuning, and AI solution optimization Requirements • 8–10 years of overall software/data engineering experience • 3+ years of hands-on experience in NLP, LLM, or conversational AI solutions • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
