About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure architecture, and production AI solutions. Key Responsibilities • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE), Dataverse, and Power Platform • Hands-on development using C#/.NET, plug-ins, Custom APIs, and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) • Strong Azure architecture, application integration, and cloud security experience • Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or Copilot Studio • Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, RAG, grounding, tool calling, and orchestration • Experience with Power Platform ALM, solution layering, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and production releases • Knowledge of secure SDLC, threat modeling, and NIST 800-53 or equivalent security controls • Experience with government cloud environments and enterprise solution architecture Requirements • 20+ years of experience as a Solution Architect • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure architecture • Experience with production AI solutions • Experience with government, healthcare, child welfare, or other regulated environments • Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure certifications
