About the Role We are looking for experienced professionals for multiple architect and technical business analyst roles. These positions will work remotely and involve various aspects of Workday integration and architecture. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement enterprise-level integration solutions • Lead architecture documentation and stakeholder management • Provide technical leadership and delivery leadership • Develop integration architecture, security, governance, and design patterns • Work with middleware/iPaaS, API gateways, XML, JSON, and XSLT • Lead large-scale, multi-team programs Requirements • 10+ years in enterprise application integration • 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience • Strong expertise in Workday HCM & Financials • Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, SOAP/REST APIs, RaaS • Integration architecture, security, governance and design patterns • Experience with middleware/iPaaS, API gateways, XML, JSON, XSLT • Architecture documentation, stakeholder management and delivery leadership • Azure and CI/CD experience preferred • 8+ years of enterprise-level architecture experience • Strong enterprise architecture background with application development experience • TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN and UML • Cloud-native solutions, distributed systems, microservices and API architecture • Strong Azure knowledge: Function Apps, App Insights, WAF, APIM, Key Vault, Service Bus, Event Hubs, ACR and Container Apps • DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud deployment strategies • Experience leading large-scale, multi-team programs • Excellent communication, technical leadership and stakeholder management • 6+ years of Business Analysis experience • 3+ years of Workday Financials implementation or enhancement experience • Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Procurement, Banking, Projects and Assets • Finance processes: Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash • Workday integration requirements, source-to-target mapping and data validation • EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Web Services and RaaS • Custom reports, calculated fields, SQL and Excel • SIT/UAT, reconciliation, Agile, Jira or Azure DevOps • Workday Financials certification preferred
