About the Role We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect – Workday Integrations to own integration architecture between Workday HCM/Financials and the enterprise application ecosystem. Key Responsibilities • Define target-state integration architecture and reference designs for Workday • Select appropriate integration patterns across EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, SOAP/REST APIs, and RaaS • Design API contracts and align Workday data objects with enterprise canonical data models • Define integration security, governance, monitoring, error handling, and operational standards • Partner with middleware, API gateway, Workday functional, and enterprise architecture teams • Lead architecture reviews and guide integration teams through design, development, testing, and deployment Requirements • 12+ years of enterprise application integration experience • 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience across HCM and/or Financials • Strong expertise in EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, SOAP/REST APIs, RaaS, calculated fields, and custom reports • Knowledge of batch, API-led, event-driven, and file-based integration patterns • Experience with enterprise iPaaS/middleware and API gateway concepts • Workday security knowledge, including ISU, ISSG, and OAuth/API client security • Strong architecture documentation and stakeholder communication skills Preferred • Workday Integration or Pro certification • Boomi, Azure, and CI/CD experience • Professional services or enterprise environment experience
