About the Role We are hiring a Senior Solutions Architect for a high-impact Contract-to-Hire role in Columbus, OH, focusing on Commercial Loan Servicing Transformation. Key Responsibilities • Lead application modernization and enterprise integration designs in the banking sector • Provide high-level architectural expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Customer/Data 360, LWC, and Core Data Objects • Design solutions across AWS or GCP platforms with enterprise AI integration, security, and governance controls • Drive solution designs, manage cross-system integrations, and maintain clear architecture governance Requirements • 7+ years in IT Solution Architecture / Banking & Financial Services • Expertise in Salesforce Architecture and Cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) • Strong ability to drive solution designs and manage cross-system integrations • Updated LinkedIn profile created prior to 2022 Benefits • Up to $160K Base salary upon conversion to full-time • 20% Annual Bonus Target • Stock Options Eligibility
