About the Role We are looking for a talented Spanish-speaking Recruiter to join our team and handle the full recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities β’ Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management β’ Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide qualified candidates β’ Source potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and other recruitment channels β’ Conduct interviews and candidate assessments in both Spanish and English when required β’ Coordinate interview schedules with internal stakeholders β’ Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while ensuring an excellent candidate experience β’ Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress against targets
Requirements β’ Native Spanish speaker is highly preferred β’ Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is required β’ Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
