About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced SQL Performance Engineer to design, develop, optimize, and support enterprise-level Microsoft SQL Server environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, optimize, and support enterprise-level Microsoft SQL Server environments
• Perform SQL Server performance tuning, T-SQL development, and database administration
• Develop SSIS/ETL solutions for data integration
• Provide production support and issue resolution
Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in SQL Server development and performance engineering
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
• Hands-on experience with SQL performance tuning, execution plans, indexing, and query optimization
• Experience with database design, partitioning, and performance monitoring
• Strong SSIS/ETL development and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with production database support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Knowledge of database security, backup/recovery, replication, and high availability
• Experience in data migration, data integration, and data quality management
