About the Role We are looking for an experienced Squad Leader (.NET) to lead technical design, manage development and QA teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead technical design, development, and delivery activities • Manage and coordinate developers and QA team members • Own assigned work packages and ensure timely completion • Coordinate closely with Tech Leads and relevant stakeholders • Prepare and manage effort estimates, delivery plans, and task assignments • Identify, track, and resolve technical blockers and delivery risks • Maintain code quality, testing standards, and delivery discipline • Monitor team timesheets and ensure accurate reporting • Support knowledge sharing, documentation, and knowledge retention • Understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions Requirements • 7–12 years of experience (minimum 7 years) • Strong hands-on expertise in the .NET ecosystem • Excellent team leadership skills • Experience with C# and .NET Framework / .NET 10 • Experience with ASP.NET MVC and WebForms • Experience with SQL Server • Experience with Entity Framework 6 / Entity Framework Core • Experience with Dapper • Experience with Azure Functions and Azure Blob Storage • Experience with Bicep (Infrastructure as Code) • Experience with HTMX • Experience with CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation) • Experience with Modular Monolith Architecture • Strong written and spoken English communication skills • Good understanding of business processes and requirements • Strong leadership, collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work in alignment with UK business hours while operating in the IST time zone • Experience working with UK or European clients is preferred • Experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, Field Services, or ERP domains is desirable
