About the Role We are looking for an SRE Engineer to join our team for L2 Production/Application Support. This role requires 7 years of IT experience and involves ensuring site reliability and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities • Perform Site Reliability Engineering tasks • Provide L2 Production/Application Support • Administer Linux/Unix systems • Develop Shell/Bash and Python scripts • Troubleshoot SQL and databases • Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Datadog • Manage incidents and perform Root Cause Analysis • Implement ITIL and ServiceNow practices • Work with CI/CD and DevOps fundamentals • Utilize Kubernetes and Docker
