About the Role We are looking for an SRE Lead to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role focuses on driving application reliability, scalability, and performance. Key Responsibilities • Drive application reliability, scalability, performance, and operational excellence • Contribute as an individual technical contributor while leading development activities • Collaborate directly with clients and business stakeholders to deliver solutions within agreed timelines Requirements • Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering and production support • Hands-on Java development and application troubleshooting • Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and cloud-native architectures • Understanding of Data Engineering and big data technologies • Expertise in monitoring, observability, incident management, automation, and CI/CD pipelines • Ability to lead development modules, guide Scrum teams, and ensure reliable, high-quality product delivery • Excellent communication skills with experience interacting directly with client VPs, business stakeholders, and technical teams
