About the Role We are seeking an experienced SSO Architect and Team Lead to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This role requires 8+ years of experience in IAM/SSO and will focus on leading the SSO engineering team and driving enterprise SSO architecture. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor the SSO engineering team • Drive enterprise SSO architecture and IAM modernization • Lead migration to PingOne Workforce Cloud • Maintain high availability of enterprise federation services • Design secure authentication, MFA and identity orchestration workflows • Drive GCP DevOps automation and Infrastructure as Code Requirements • 8+ years of experience in IAM/SSO • Expertise with PingFederate, PingID, PingDirectory, PingCentral, PingOne Workforce Cloud, PingOne Customer, PingOne DaVinci • Strong knowledge of SSO Architecture, Team Leadership, and Enterprise IAM • Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, SCIM • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Federation and Microsoft Entra ID • Experience with MFA, Zero Trust, and Identity Orchestration • Knowledge of GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker • Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Python, PowerShell, Bash • High-Availability Production Environments experience • Healthcare/HIPAA experience preferred
