About the Role We are looking for an experienced Strategic Project Lead with hands-on experience managing software engineering data programs for Frontier AI models. Key Responsibilities • End-to-end ownership of AI data production programs • Manage software engineering contributors, reviewers and distributed teams • Review code, tests, identify defects and validate deliverables • Manage throughput, quality, rework, costs, timelines and delivery recovery Requirements • Direct experience in Coding Data, Coding RLHF, Preference Data and AI Model Evaluations • Strong exposure to SWE Benchmarks, Agentic Coding, Code Generation and Code Repair • Strong technical judgment • Proficiency in Python, SQL or similar tools for operational reporting and quality analysis • Minimum 4 hours overlap with PST time zone • Commitment to 8 hours per day
