About the Role We are looking for a Supply Manager to join our team and contribute to a large-scale AI training program. This role involves overseeing resource planning, allocation, and deployment for a workforce of 1,800+ contributors across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities • Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and workforce deployment. • Forecast capacity gaps and coordinate with recruiting and fulfillment teams. • Optimize resource tracking systems and operational workflows. • Monitor utilization, throughput, and operational performance. • Collaborate with clients, Project Leads, PMO, and cross-functional teams. • Lead and support a team of 1–3 Supply Coordinators. • Drive process improvements and ensure efficient 24/7 operational coverage. Requirements • Experience in large-scale operations, workforce management, or managed services. • Hands-on knowledge of solutions architecture and systems integration. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Experience with resource management and capacity planning systems. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in AI training, data annotation, or AI data operations is a plus. • Availability to work US Pacific Time hours. Work Schedule • 5 working days per week, including weekends as required. • 2 weekdays off per week. • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
