About the Role We are looking for a skilled System Analyst to join our team at SIGMATECH, focusing on IT solutions for the manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities • Gather and document requirements using BRD, FSD, SRS, and User Stories • Create technical documentation including UML diagrams, Use Cases, Flowcharts, and ERDs • Analyze system requirements and design solutions • Collaborate with Business Users, Developers, and QA teams Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science/Information Systems • Minimum 3 years of experience as System Analyst/IT Analyst • Experience in the Manufacturing industry • Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile/Scrum • Knowledge of REST API, SQL, JSON/XML, and API tools (Postman/Swagger) • Familiarity with PHP, Java/Spring Boot, React.js, Python, and JavaScript • Strong analytical and communication skills
