About the Role We are seeking an experienced System Engineer with strong automotive requirements engineering experience to support vehicle feature development and systems engineering backlog execution. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain system requirements, use cases, functional specifications, and engineering artifacts • Create and manage requirements using IBM DOORS Next / ELM • Ensure end-to-end traceability across requirements, features, and validation artifacts • Support requirements reviews, quality assessments, and stakeholder approvals • Collaborate with Feature Owners, System Owners, Architects, QA, and Development teams • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and progress tracking • Ensure requirements quality, consistency, and compliance with engineering standards Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Automotive, or related field) • 5+ years of experience in Automotive Systems Engineering or Requirements Engineering • Hands-on experience with IBM DOORS Next / ELM or similar requirements management tools • Strong understanding of requirements development, traceability, change management, and system decomposition • Experience with Agile/Scrum product development • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
