About the Role We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing multiuser systems, data communications networks, and providing technical support. Key Responsibilities • Manage and respond to web help desk tickets within 24 hours for non-urgent issues • Support third-party Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions • Provide on-site support as required, with travel reimbursement • Perform server and SAN maintenance and updates • Conduct workstation maintenance and updates • Provide VMWare support and troubleshooting • Support and troubleshoot network devices • Conduct system performance audits monthly • Conduct records management audits monthly • Attend stakeholder meetings • Create and document appropriate systems • Maintain system inventory • Provide after-hours support as needed Requirements • At least one year of experience administering multiuser, shared processor systems and data communications networks • Minimum of one year’s experience administering Windows Server 2003-2012, VMWare, and Microsoft SCCM • Preferred: Minimum of one year’s experience in network troubleshooting and administration Benefits • $250 towards medical benefits • 80 hours/10 days of paid vacation
