About the Role We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our client’s team, responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities • Provide Tier 2 IT Support and manage MSP operations • Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID • Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy • Implement Microsoft Intune, RMM tools, and patch management • Support networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPN • Provide firewall support for Fortinet, SonicWall, or Meraki • Troubleshoot issues, document processes, and communicate with clients effectively Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Systems Administration • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, RMM tools, and patch management • Understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPN • Experience with firewall support: Fortinet, SonicWall, or Meraki • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and client communication skills
