About the Role We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team in a 100% remote role. This position requires enterprise-level server administration, support, and troubleshooting across Windows and Linux environments. Key Responsibilities • Provide enterprise-level server administration, support, and troubleshooting • Manage and maintain Windows and Linux server environments • Support network infrastructure including routers, switches, and wireless devices • Collaborate across multiple teams and departments to ensure smooth project execution • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support • Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to resolve complex issues Requirements • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) • CompTIA Network+ Certification • Nutanix Certified Professional - Multi-cloud Infrastructure (NCP-MCI) • 5+ years of IT experience supporting enterprise-class environments • 5-7 years of experience with routers, switches, and wireless technologies • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server (2016-2022), RHEL 8/Linux Administration, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL Databases Ideal Candidate • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset • Self-motivated with strong decision-making and business acumen • Passionate about delivering reliable technology solutions
