About the Role We are looking for experienced Systems Integration Business Analysts to join a high-impact project in the Hypercare phase, helping resolve critical issues, optimize payroll operations, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Resolve critical issues in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll • Optimize payroll operations • Enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll capabilities • Configure and support SAP Employee Central Payroll • Troubleshoot, test, and manage payroll operations • Bridge functional and technical requirements • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams • Analyze and solve complex payroll challenges Requirements • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) expertise • Payroll Processing & GL experience • Experience running Payroll end-to-end • Time Files knowledge • ECP Schema Configuration skills • Reporting & Requirements Gathering abilities • System Testing & Issue Resolution experience • Data Replication (EC ↔ ECP) experience • SQL & Data Analysis skills
