About the Role We are looking for a Systems Lead - Azure / .NET Production Support Engineer to join our team. This role requires both coding skills in .NET / C# and production support experience for mission-critical Azure applications in a 24x7 environment. Key Responsibilities • Write and fix code in .NET / C# for configuration updates and minor fixes • Provide L2/L3 production support for Azure-hosted enterprise applications • Troubleshoot Azure services including Function Apps, Service Bus, Synapse, and Cosmos DB • Investigate and resolve issues with DLQs, message replay, CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting & RCA • Utilize ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tool for incident management • Communicate effectively with clients during critical incidents Requirements • Hands-on .NET / C# coding skills • L2/L3 production support experience on Azure-hosted applications • In-depth knowledge of Azure services including Function Apps, Service Bus, Synapse, Cosmos DB, and App Insights • Experience with DLQs, message replay, CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting & RCA • ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tool experience • Strong client-facing communication skills Benefits • Contract position with 6-month duration
