About the Role We are seeking a Systems Operations Analyst to provide production support in a trading environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining production applications, requiring strong investment industry knowledge and technical skills. Key Responsibilities • Support production applications and troubleshoot issues • Read and trace application/system logs, particularly in a trading environment • Communicate effectively with portfolio managers and investment professionals • Analyze and resolve technical issues using AWS, Python, and Java Requirements • Strong technical background with investment-industry knowledge • Experience supporting production applications and troubleshooting • AWS and Python knowledge • Some Java familiarity • Ability to read and trace logs in a trading environment • Excellent communication and customer-service skills • Understanding of investment terminology and concepts • Not a pure developer role; focus is on support and analysis Benefits • W2 contract position
