About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Tableau Administrator to manage, support, and optimize enterprise BI platforms, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Tableau Server & Tableau Cloud Administration
• Handle Server Installation, Configuration, Upgrades & Patching
• Perform Server Health Monitoring, Performance Tuning & Capacity Planning
• Manage User Access Management, Security & Governance
• Troubleshoot Extract Refresh Failures & Production Issues
• Implement Backup, Recovery, Disaster Recovery & High Availability
• Utilize Tableau REST APIs, TabCMD & Automation Scripting
• Provide L2/L3 Production Support & Incident Management
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in Tableau Administration
• Strong experience in enterprise production support
• Expertise in platform stability, security, and performance optimization
• Knowledge of Power BI, Azure, AWS, GCP, and ServiceNow is an advantage
