Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to build and lead a high-performing recruitment function focused on mass hiring.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end mass hiring projects
• Manage and develop both a full-time recruitment team and an intern-based TA team
• Build scalable hiring strategies and set clear KPIs
• Oversee sourcing channels and candidate experience
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders
• Track recruitment performance and improve efficiency

Requirements
• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Experience in mass hiring and/or outsourcing
• Proven team leadership experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Data-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
