Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Talent Acquisition Manager.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the end-to-end recruiting process, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. They will also develop and manage employer branding strategies to attract top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities include identifying staffing needs, building robust recruitment pipelines, collaborating with hiring/sales managers, and ensuring compliance with organizational and legal hiring practices.
Qualifications
Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
Strong abilities in Hiring and Interviewing
Proven experience with Employer Branding to enhance talent attraction
Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of recruitment-related software and systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in a similar role, particularly within technology or corporate environments, is a plus.
