About the Role We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter PLM Integration Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise integration solutions between Siemens Teamcenter PLM and various enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and implementation of Teamcenter integration solutions across enterprise systems • Architect and develop integrations between Teamcenter and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics • Define integration strategies, interface specifications, data mapping, and governance standards • Lead technical teams in developing and supporting Teamcenter customizations and integrations • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define scalable solutions • Develop and maintain integrations using Teamcenter SOA, REST APIs, ITK, T4S, T4EA, and middleware technologies • Support PLM migration, upgrade, and digital transformation initiatives • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide root cause analysis • Mentor junior developers and integration engineers • Manage deployment activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams Requirements • Teamcenter Expertise • Siemens Teamcenter Administration and Development • Teamcenter SOA Framework • Active Workspace (AWC) • BMIDE • Workflow Designer • Access Manager • Organization Management • Teamcenter Data Model • Integration Technologies including Teamcenter Gateway for SAP (T4S), Teamcenter Gateway for Enterprise Applications (T4EA), REST APIs, Web Services, SOAP Services, XML/XSLT • Middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus, or Informatica • Message Queues (MQ) • Development Skills including Java/J2EE, C++ (ITK Development), SQL and Database Design, JavaScript, Shell Scripting / PowerShell • Enterprise Systems Integration including SAP ECC / S4 HANA, Oracle ERP, MES Systems, Manufacturing Applications, CAD Integrations (NX, Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks) Preferred Skills • Teamcenter Upgrade and Migration projects • Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS) • DevOps and CI/CD pipelines • Microservices Architecture • Agile/Scrum methodologies • Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial domain experience
