About the Role We are looking for a Tech Lead Fullstack Engineer to join our team. This role involves leading technical teams and navigating complex, full-stack architectures in high-traffic environments for a live Hiring Events Platform. Key Responsibilities • Maintain, enhance, and deploy microservices and user interfaces across Java / Spring Boot, Django / Python, React, and GraphQL architectures. • Analyze, debug, and resolve high-priority production incidents. Partner closely with Client Support and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to triage tickets, meet SLAs, and ensure platform uptime during live hiring events. • Monitor production systems, respond to real-time performance alerts, and maintain event logic using event-streaming platforms (Apache Kafka) alongside analytics tools (Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena). • Serve as the team's technical anchor. Onboard, mentor, and guide fellow engineers, coordinate work delivery, drive code merges, and manage releases with high autonomy. Requirements • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with proven technical leadership and team coordination skills. • High proficiency in Java / Spring Boot and React, supplemented by Django / Python and GraphQL. • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, relational SQL databases, and/or document stores (MongoDB). • Full end-to-end build and deployment (DevOps) experience with a high level of self-direction. • Exceptional problem-solving skills, data-driven troubleshooting abilities, and strong communication to navigate ambiguity. Nice to have: Previous product management/GTM partnership experience, and hands-on experience with modern AI developer tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf).
