About the Role We are urgently looking for an experienced Technical Architect – AI Native to provide architectural leadership in a regulated healthcare environment. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, AI-enabled enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities • Define and drive solution architecture aligned with business requirements • Design scalable applications, APIs, microservices, and data flows • Leverage AI-assisted development, coding copilots, AI agents, and automated testing • Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and technical best practices • Guide technical decisions involving scalability, security, reliability, cost, and maintainability • Collaborate with engineering, product, platform, security, and data teams • Mentor developers and technical leads while improving engineering efficiency • Ensure healthcare data, regulatory requirements, and compliance considerations are addressed Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring or comparable technologies • Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases • Microservices, distributed systems, REST APIs, and cloud-native architecture • AI-assisted development, agent-based workflows, code generation, and automated testing • CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and modern software delivery practices • Strong architectural design, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills • Experience translating business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
