About the Role We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our client's team in Alpharetta, GA. This role involves working across various applications, focusing on application design, development, and production support for Java-based platforms in digital marketing and content management. Key Responsibilities • Partner with tech and business stakeholders to review data needs and define solutions with strategic data objectives • Translate data requirements into functional specifications and user stories • Analyze system workflows, integrations, and data models across Marketing platforms • Perform data enquiry, analysis, and sourcing in Relational database environments • Develop a thorough understanding of technology systems, data stores, data pipelines, and downstream data consumers • Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate data mapping, lineage creation, and profiling • Respond to queries regarding data access, query design, and performance optimization • Troubleshoot data issues and collaborate with data providers to identify root causes • Provide Level 3 production support as needed • Modify data sourcing mechanisms to implement changes driven by evolving business requirements Requirements • At least 7 years of financial industry technology experience • Knowledge of financial services data • Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling • Strong SQL query-writing skills • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • Collaborative approach to problem-solving
