About the Role The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) is seeking an experienced Technical Implementation Specialist to modernize and streamline the agency's mobile device and endpoint management environment. This role requires expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM). Key Responsibilities • Plan, configure, implement, and support Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management solutions. • Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, Conditional Access, application deployment, and security baselines. • Integrate Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE, and Android Enterprise. • Support MDM migration, device provisioning, troubleshooting, and policy management. • Resolve device enrollment, synchronization, and compliance issues. • Develop technical documentation, implementation recommendations, and knowledge transfer materials. • Collaborate with agency IT teams to improve mobile device deployment and management processes. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management. • Experience implementing enterprise Mobile Device Management solutions. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). • Experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE. • Expertise in Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies. • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security best practices. • Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management. • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and knowledge transfer skills.
