About the Role We are seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM to join our team. This role involves implementing and managing enterprise mobility solutions. Key Responsibilities • Implement and manage Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM solutions • Configure and manage Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE, and Android Enterprise • Develop and manage conditional access, compliance policies, and security baselines • Deploy applications, synchronize devices, and troubleshoot compliance issues • Manage Windows Autopilot, endpoint provisioning, and MDM migration • Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and integration with ticketing/asset management systems • Ensure compliance with security standards such as STIG and CIS • Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer Requirements • Minimum 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Enterprise MDM implementation, and Microsoft 365 administration • Knowledge of Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE, Android Enterprise, and enterprise device enrollment/configuration • Experience with conditional access, compliance policies, security baselines, and endpoint security best practices • Skills in application deployment, device synchronization, compliance troubleshooting, and policy management • Experience with Windows Autopilot, endpoint provisioning, and MDM migration • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, automation, and integration with ticketing/asset management systems • Knowledge of security compliance standards: STIG, CIS, and government/agency security requirements • Strong technical documentation, knowledge transfer, implementation recommendations, and communication skills
