About the Role We are seeking a Technical Lead AI Architect to lead the architecture and implementation of an AI-powered institution coding automation platform. This role involves intelligent matching, AI agent workflows, confidence scoring, quality validation, and human-in-the-loop review. Key Responsibilities • Lead the architecture and implementation of an AI-powered automation platform • Drive AI architecture and guide engineering teams • Deliver scalable, high-quality AI solutions Requirements • Expertise in AI/ML Solution Architecture • Experience with Entity Resolution, Semantic Matching & Master Data Management • Knowledge of LLMs, AI Agents & Agent Frameworks • Proficiency in Python, Databricks, Spark & SQL • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or CrewAI • Understanding of Vector Databases, Data Quality & Data Governance • Experience with API Integration Architecture, CI/CD & DevOps
