About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Senior AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of an AI-powered institution coding automation solution. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end AI solution architecture and technical design • Design and optimize Entity Resolution, Fuzzy Matching, and Semantic Matching strategies • Develop AI agent workflows for classification, coding recommendations, and exception handling • Implement confidence scoring, ranking, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) review processes • Define data quality, validation, and AI governance standards • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and engineering teams • Oversee development, testing, deployment, and production support Requirements • Strong expertise in AI/ML architecture, Entity Resolution, Semantic Matching, LLMs, and AI Agent Frameworks • Proven technical leadership and system design experience • Experience with Python, Databricks, Apache Spark & SQL • Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks • Understanding of Data Quality, Data Governance & API Integration Architecture • CI/CD, DevOps & Technical Leadership experience
