About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of an AI-powered institution coding automation platform. This role requires strong expertise in AI/ML architecture, entity resolution, semantic matching, and LLM-based agent frameworks to build scalable, accurate, and efficient AI solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end AI solution architecture and technical design • Design and optimize fuzzy matching, semantic matching, and entity resolution strategies • Build AI agent workflows for classification, coding recommendations, exception handling, and quality validation • Implement confidence scoring, ranking, and human-in-the-loop review processes • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and engineering teams • Oversee development, testing, deployment, and production support • Establish AI governance, data quality standards, and engineering best practices Requirements • AI/ML Solution Architecture • Entity Resolution & Master Data Management (MDM) • Semantic Search & Vector Databases • Large Language Models (LLMs) • Python, Databricks, Spark & SQL • Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks • Data Quality & Data Governance • API & Integration Architecture • CI/CD & DevOps Practices • Strong Technical Leadership & System Design
