About the Role We are seeking an experienced .NET Core Technical Lead to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Drive the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications • Lead technical teams in developing banking, debit card, Zelle, payment processing, or financial services applications Requirements • 8+ years of strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET, and WCF • Strong experience with MS SQL Server and NoSQL databases • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka and RabbitMQ • Knowledge of design patterns and AI SDLC / Spec-Driven Design
