About the Role We are seeking an experienced .NET Core Technical Lead to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. Candidates with banking, debit card, Zelle, payment processing, or financial services domain experience are preferred. Key Responsibilities • Drive the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications • Lead technical aspects of projects in the financial services domain • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth Requirements • 8+ years of strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET, and WCF • Strong experience with MS SQL Server and NoSQL databases • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Knowledge of messaging platforms such as Kafka and RabbitMQ • Understanding of design patterns and AI SDLC / Spec-Driven Design • Experience with Azure services: App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, etc. • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration • Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins Benefits • Opportunity to work in the financial services domain • Chance to lead technical projects and mentor junior developers
