About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with strong backend-focused TypeScript and AWS experience to lead engineering teams and build modern, cloud-native applications with AI-powered capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Lead engineering teams and build modern, cloud-native applications • Build LLM-powered applications • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers • Collaborate with product team on technical requirements • Implement CI/CD using GitHub Actions • Use Infrastructure as Code with AWS CDK Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js backend development • Extensive experience with AWS serverless architecture • Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Event Bridge, Step Functions, and DynamoDB • Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) • Experience leading and mentoring engineering squads • Production experience building LLM-powered applications • Experience with AWS Bedrock and Claude integration • Understanding of LangGraph and AI agent orchestration • Knowledge of RAG, tool calling, prompt engineering, guardrails, and AI evaluation • Experience building conversational AI features • React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript skills • Ability to collaborate with designers using Figma • Understanding of accessible, high-quality UI development
