About the Role We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our team. This role focuses on leading technical design, architecture, and development activities. Key Responsibilities • Lead technical design, architecture, and development activities • Build and maintain scalable microservices and REST APIs • Review code and ensure security, performance, and maintainability • Mentor developers and provide technical guidance • Drive test automation and quality engineering using Cypress • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and engineering teams • Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to clients Requirements • Strong backend development experience with Golang • Hands-on experience with production cloud environments using AWS • Frontend development experience with React JS • Scripting or backend development experience with Python • UI/browser test automation experience with Cypress • Experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture • CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps practices • System Design, Secure Coding, and Code Reviews
