About the Role We are seeking a Technical Lead for Full Stack Development to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in distributed systems and microservices architecture. Key Responsibilities • Lead technical development of full stack applications • Design and implement distributed systems and microservices • Provide technical leadership and mentorship • Ensure system reliability and scalability Requirements • 8–10 Years / 12+ Years of experience in full stack development • Expertise in Go, Python, and Node.js • Strong knowledge of AWS Architecture, EKS, and Red Hat OpenShift • Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code • Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible • Familiarity with Kafka, SQS/SNS, and fault tolerance • Understanding of AI-Assisted Development tools • Experience with LLM Integration, RAG, Embeddings, and Agentic Workflows • Knowledge of US Healthcare Payer Domain • Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and X12 EDI • Hands-on technical leadership experience
